This Workshop will provide participants with Oral, Written, and Hands on Instruction for the safe operation of CSA B354.7:17 & CSA B354.8:17 Classes of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (Additional Instruction can be provided for participants that will be operating Vehicle-Mounted Aerial Device / Class CAN/CSA-C225-20). Individuals will also receive instruction on laws / responsibilities, Hazards, Height & Resch Charts for boom lifts, Emergency lowering procedures, Safe Operation, Pre-operation Inspections and Hands on Inspections and Operation of MEWP (RT Elevated Boom & Scissor Lifts / On Slab Scissor Lift). Additionally, participants will also receive Oral, Written, and Hands on Instruction for safe procedures in installing, removing and correct storage of Lp Propane cylinders use on propane powered equipment.
Note: Employers MUST provide workers with additional equipment/workplace training on the workplace policies/procedures and on equipment that they will be using.
